Shipping costs:
For all orders within Sweden, we offer free standard shipping with Postnord.

Delivery time:
Standard shipping within Sweden typically takes 2-5 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays and peak periods.

Order processing:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping methods:
We will send your order though Postnord as a traceable shipment directly to a service point.

Local pick-up option:
If you’re in the Jämtland area, you can choose to pick up your order directly in Mörsil or Östersund. Select the “Local pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Damaged or lost packages:
In the rare event your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at sanna@svede.se so we can assist you with a resolution.
